Happy New Year from Sound Start Foundation! We are honored to share Carmine’s story with you. Carmine lost hearing in both of his ears at about 15 months old. Looking for answers, Carmine’s mother, Lisa, found the Sound Start Babies Program for Deaf and Hard of Hearing Children. She is forever grateful to the Sound Start Foundation and Sound Start Babies Program for what we have given her family; a limitless future for her son.
