Sound Start Babies Program and Sound Start Foundation, which have operated as separate 501(c)3 non-profits for the past 4 years, have reunited. This is an exciting milestone for Sound Start Babies.
As of September 1, 2024 we are operating as a single non-profit – Sound Start Babies
Program for Deaf and Hard of Hearing Children (EIN 22-3473606).
Alex Mitchell, corporate banking professional and longtime supporter of Sound
Start Babies, is in his second year as President of the Board. All of the Trustees
who previously served on the two separate Boards, now serve on the unified
Sound Start Babies Board.
Allison White serves as the new Development Director for Sound Start Babies.
She brings with her 20+ years of experience as a frontline fundraiser and
consultant.
Kayley Mayer continues to skillfully lead our program, now in her 15th year at
Sound Start. Lorraine Solimine, Assistant Program Coordinator, celebrates 10
years with Sound Start Babies this year.
